On June 28, 2024, AFAM Concept, Inc. has recently finalized the acquisition of the well-known brand Queen Helene. This acquisition is expected to further solidify Queen Helene’s position as a brand that has been offering premium beauty products since 1930 and upholding its traditions.

Tiara, the Global Director of Integrated Marketing at AFAM, expressed her excitement about continuing the 94-year legacy. She stated that the focus will be on maintaining the brand’s core customer base and traditions while preserving its existing brand identity. AFAM is preparing a brand campaign for Queen Helene’s new leap by 2025.

With a legacy dating back to 1930, Queen Helene has built a strong reputation as a supplier of premium beauty products for both professionals and individuals. Their diverse product line includes skincare, haircare, and body care products, which are available through various outlets such as
drug stores, supermarkets, and major retail chains.

With more than 250 employees, the company’s headquarters, plant, and warehouse are located in a 250,000 sq. ft. facility in Chicago’s Ford City Industrial Park.
